LOOK INSIDE THE PROPOSED PHASES

One month at a time.

What is confirmed?

The concept is a three-month challenge. Start dates, exact week count, delivery format, access period, price and support are not yet confirmed. The examples here do not represent a purchased programme.

Make room without overcommitting

The sample week lets you compare planning spaces of 15, 30 or 45 minutes at home, outdoors or at a gym. These are illustrations, not required session lengths. Equipment and activity requirements will be stated with the final programme.

Food, technology and support

Nutrition guides and an AI demonstration can be explored separately. Their inclusion in a future challenge has not been confirmed. Human coaching, injury support and personalised nutrition care are not provided here.

Before you choose

A complete offer will need clear inclusions, exclusions, access dates and payment terms. Until then, explore the sample and decide what kind of structure would help you.
