Look for a realistic opening
Consider the week that is actually ahead of you. Choose a time when preparation and travel are manageable. Write down the place as well as the time so the decision is simpler later.
Keep an alternative
A longer plan may not survive a busy day. Decide in advance which part is optional and what you would prefer to move to another day. A planning choice is not a promise that you must keep at any cost.
Review the friction
At the end of the week, notice what made getting started easier or harder. Adjust one practical detail: timing, location or preparation. General activity guidance can help you understand the bigger picture, but it is not an individual prescription.
