Plan the spaces too
You can put uncommitted time into a diary as deliberately as activity. The sample schedule leaves days open so you can see the whole week, rather than a list of tasks to complete.
Avoid catch-up thinking
If an activity does not happen, reconsider what fits next. The planning tools do not create a debt or a broken streak. You can return without adding extra sessions to compensate.
Separate planning from clinical advice
A calendar cannot assess pain, fatigue or injury. Our examples do not decide whether you should rest or exercise in a particular medical situation. For health concerns, ask an appropriately qualified professional; general NHS activity guidance is a starting point for education.
